HOPE worldwide mission is to improve general health. Critically under-served communities are provided with health education and high quality, compassionate healthcare. The programs aim to recruit and motivate medical professionals to give of their time and hearts, this also includes training and educating the staff of underdeveloped medical institutions enabling them to become to some degree self sufficient.

In the CIS countries, however, the health programs have not yet been implemented. So far a blood donation program has been started in the Ukraine.

Throughout the world HOPE worldwide has started the following programs: Blood Donation, Dental Clinics, Inpatient Hospitals, Leprosy Treatment, Medical Clinics, Medical Brigades, Mental Healthcare, Nutritional Programs, and Tuberculosis Treatment.
