Charity auction: “Children create goodness and beauty”
Children’s imaginations draw the world. They see it bright and happy - without war, suffering, hatred, or poverty. They see the world as it should be. As we discovered, the most optimistic art flows from a child’s perspective…
HOPE worldwide - Moscow is proud to present to you this year’s charity auction “Children create goodness and beauty” with a 2006 Calendar made from the drawings of ordinary schoolchildren here in Russia. The children are students of the art school in Moscow and they have created these pictures to help encourage the orphaned children living in their city. We were all surprised at the beauty and optimism of the pictures that these children drew. As you will see in the calendar, a child’s perspective is truly unique and breathtakingly pure.
The General sponsor of this auction is “Kaskad” (Ministry of Industry and Energy), the leading producer of space research and telecommunications equipment in the Russian Federation.
All donations from this auction will be used by HOPE worldwide - Moscow to organize programs for orphaned and neglected children in Russia.
